How do you apply or nominate someone for The Extreme Wedding Giveaway?

Step 1:

DOWNLOAD and fill out the Application Form

Step2:

CREATE your video application to showcase why you deserve to win this contest.

Step 3:

SUBMIT  your application to:

The Small Business Place - 75 First St.(Dufferin Copy Express, in the Royal LePage plaza) Box 426, Orangeville L9W 5B6.

The contest committee will contact all qualifying applicants with instructions on how to submit their Video Application. Videos can be submitted by DVD, Memory Card, or Memory Stick.

Step 4:

STAY CONNECTED by checking the website regularly and following us on FACEBOOK. Also make sure to catch your video and the other applicant videos on our YouTube Channel.
